James also worked with The Pacfic Institute and became one of their Project Directors. Their sphere is in the utilization of Cognitive Psychology to improve individual/Team,Company, and Group performance. James became an expert Facilitator of the programme using this approach to help such Companies as Black Horse Finance, Volvo Sweden, Caterpillar and even Hull City Football Team.
He has adopted these techniques to improve MKG 3000 team members and quite a number of our Team Members have now gone through the Pacific Institute ‘s “Investment in Excellence” programme – which is still ongoing in our Company.
James lives in Teddington and is married to Kaiya who is an international vocalist. She has supported such great people as James Brown, Edwin Star, George Williams and Aretha Franklyn. James used to race in the British Kart Team where he was a regular member in the 60’s and 70’s but retired gracefully in 1976. However the racing passion came back and we now have an MKG3000 Mazda MX-5 race car which competes in the Ma5da racing series. This year(2010) there are over 100 drivers entered and at each race meeting there are always full grids. After the first 3 Rounds James is in 19th Place out of 64 competitors in this National Championship . There is always extremely close racing and the Brands Hatch Race Director said at the last meeting that he had not witnessed better racing over the last 24 months than these MX-5’s at any of the MSV Evets he had seen!
Very Competitive – that’s the byword in MKG 3000 as we are never knowingly beaten on price and Simply refuse to be beaten on Value. If you have any doubt please call him and he will always help.
Stefan Kadlubowski - Director
Stefan started in the car business when he was just eighteen years old, initially in London and then in the Canadian car market for 10 years based in Vancouver. Stefan returned to the UK in 1994 and very quickly rose through the ranks of Pendragon PLC (UK’s biggest car dealer group) running the UK's biggest Volvo and Mazda dealerships.
Stefan has won the Motor Trader Sales Manager of the Year award for Southern England in 1995 and 1996. Stefan was also Group Sales Trainer for the Pendragon group as well as Dealer Principal for a number of their franchises. Stefan left Pendragon in 1998 to set up MKG 3000 with his colleague James Maxfield. Since 1998 Stefan has also presented ITV 2 'Dealer's Choice' program as a resident expert, and has also written a regular column for the Dimbleby Press group as a Motoring Journalist.
Since achieving his Masters Degree at Loughborough University, Stefan has been invited to Lecture at a number of prominent Business Universities around the country.
Stefan interests are varied. He spends a lot of his free time Running, Clay pigeon shooting and fishing, however his absolute passion is skiing to the level of expert. Relishing a challenge, Stefan entered the 2009 Mazda London Triathlon completing the Olympic distance (1 miles swim in the Thames, 40km bike ride and 10km run) in under 3 hours.
Stefan lives in Teddington, West London with Angie and their 3 sons Daniel, Jack and Adam.
Stefan is very “Hands on” at the Dealership. He is always available and loves nothing more than talking with customers. This separates MKG3000 from the large PLC business that dominate the industry. The “Buck stops” with him! This attitude is how MKG3000 conducts business. Beating any genuine quote on the spot. No need to phone a manager to make a decision. If for any reason you are not happy – ask for Stefan.
